we do offer exchanges under limited circumstances: 

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. 
• Exchanges are accepted only for the same item in diffrent size, or if the product arrived defective or damaged. 
• you must email us within 3 days of reciving your order to request an exchange. 
• Once approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 
• Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. 
• we do not accept exchanges for different styles, colors, or items. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed to defective.  
• To start an exchange, please email us at Info@diroclothing.ca with your order number, reason for the request, and photos if applicable. 

To preserve the luxury and longevity of your leather garment:

    •    Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth; avoid soaking in water

    •    Keep away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight

    •    Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in the included dust bag

    •    Handle the hidden heart-shaped liquid bag gently; avoid punctures or spills
